Production and Testing

We have established a comprehensive production system. RUIGE limits the dead pixels of the LCD panels to within 1%. Our quality control department puts all products through rigorous testing and inspection. All the materials are managed by the ERP system. All the products must go through 40-45℃ high temperature aging testing and 15 hours room temperature continuously working. Simulation of the outdoor environmental temperature change helps to enhance the adaptability of the monitors.

Seen here is our electromagnetic vibration testing machine. 15 minutes of 1-120HZ frequency vibration testing is carried out. This machine simulates the shaking during the transit to check for potential damage. It also tests for the reliability of the connector assembly and fastening assembly.

Demonstrated here is the color calibration section. With the utilization of professional color management software from the American company SpectraCal, we calibrate each and every monitor to ensure these monitors comply with international standards like REC709 and DCI-P3, etc. The final testing procedure is conducted here. It covers hardware connection testing, testing based on different signal sources, signal format testing, functions testing, image quality testing and an appearance check. The qualified rate of our products reaches 99.9%.

Raw material testing

At RUIGE, we manufacture all our products under strict quality control measures in order to meet design criteria.

Material storage area

We employ an ERP system to manage all materials. After receiving a production order, our warehouse keeper will use the location identifier and prepare all the materials required for the production of LCD monitors in a timely and accurate manner. At RUIGE, we have stored tens of thousands of materials in different areas. These materials are placed in an orderly fashion, thus ensuring they are fast located within 2 minutes.

Engineering department

Prior to the batch production of new products, our engineering department is responsible for completing the manufacturing work instructions. This department also needs to train the production operators before installation is conducted. All stages of the installation process are strictly implemented, thus ensuring our products are of consistent quality.

Assembly line

This assembly line involves many working procedures, including: the installation of front case, button, screen and rear case, plus the wire welding, motherboard fixing, product assembly, software uploading, performance testing, and so forth. The entire manufacturing process is conducted under the strictest supervision of our quality control inspectors.

Pilot testing

Aging testing
This console is used to display a wide range of information, such as aging time, temperature and video signal, on the operation panel. All the products must go through 40-45℃ high temperature aging testing and 15 hours room temperature continuously working. Vibration testing

Electronic circuit board testing
Checking whether the electronic circuit board can run smoothly, thus ensuring each and every board is of reliable quality.

Electronic display testing
RUIGE limits the dead pixels of the LCD panels to within 1%, while the international standard allows the A+ grade panel within 5% dead pixels. As seen in this picture, our inspector is checking if there is any dead pixel, stuck pixel or colored pixel on the LCD panel.

Final inspection

Testing items include: hardware connection testing, testing based on different signal sources, signal format testing, functions testing, image quality testing and an appearance check. The qualified rate of our products reaches 99.9%. Those qualified products that have been labeled are allowed to enter our warehouse.

Packaging

In the packaging area, each and every monitor must be neatly placed and cleaned. Our products come in a variety of models and they are packed using different methods. We make sure every product is placed safely and possesses a nice exterior.
